Telaya Hospitality Group was founded by Earl and Carrie Sullivan — two people who didn't just study hospitality, but lived it. In 2008, they opened Telaya Wine Co. on the Boise River Greenbelt, building it from nothing into one of Idaho's most recognized hospitality brands.

That journey — the wins, the hard lessons, the team-building, the culture-building, the pivots and the breakthroughs — is exactly what we bring to our clients. We don't consult from a textbook. We consult from experience.
